Learn basic flower arranging and find out how learning can be fun!

Be Active Line Dancing

Centre for Independent Living (CIL)
Learn some basic line dancing and see activity improves your mood.

How to be Mindful
3-5pm Wed 27th March 19
Adult Education, Tower Street
Learn relaxation techniques to help you focus and live in the moment.

Stay Connected Through ICT
10am-12pm Thur 4th April 19
Adult Education, Tower Street
Learn how to use email to keep in touch with family and friends.

These are aimed at developing people’s confidence, mental well-being and resilience.

People can enrol on one, some or all of the workshops but need to have a 15 minute interview before enrolling.
Anyone who is interested should contact the office to book a 15 minute interview and to enrol.
