Volunteers support the organisation by collecting patient feedback and audits on their services via the collection of patients’ views and experiences using electronic tablet surveys and face to face patient contact.
Complying with organisations Policy and Procedures.
Driving safety to and from places of care.
Completing all paperwork associated with service delivery.
Using communications equipment, if required, in accordance with organisations guidelines, and keeping appropriate records of use.
Time needed from Volunteer:
You will be asked to nominate certain days of the week when you will be available in the morning, afternoon or all day (10:00 to 16:00) or to undertake surveys and audits.
This includes weekdays and weekends.
Ideally like you the potential volunteer to volunteer their time for at least two shifts a month.
Skills Experience & Qualifications:
Able to use an electronic tablet device to undertake surveys and have enough mobility, speech and hearing skills to allow you to ask questions and input responses.
A medical questionnaire will need to be completed. This is a confidential document and will only be seen by the Occupational Health Department.
