Purpose: A newly registered Charity based in Hartlepool in the North East of England with an area of benefit that covers England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The aim of this charity is to prevent bullying from happening but where it does happen to deal with it in a planned, constructive way.
Bullying is a major issue in the UK that destroys lives. It not only impacts the bully and the bullied but also has a dramatic negative impact on their families, friends and the wider community. Bullying takes many forms e.g. bullying in schools, workplace bullying and cyber-bullying.
To be part of a small team while setting up the newly registered charity.
You may be assisting the events team, sporting liaison team, IT - clerical, accountancy or you may wish to have a chat and see if you have skills to bring to the organisation.
Time needed from Volunteer:
Days and hours are flexible to suit the potential volunteer
Skills Experience & Qualifications:
Al training will be offered to fulfil role, this does not stop you thinking outside the box as this would be encouraged.
A degree of professionalism is expected to carry out role.
