Purpose: You will actively promote a warm welcome for all visitors, thank members for their support and ensure that visitors needs are understood and met to the best of your ability.
Duties:
This role will suit someone who loves to meet and talk to visitors and who would gain satisfaction from passing on their passion for wildlife. Its also a great opportunity to work at a unique wildlife reserve learning more about nature, birds and wildlife whilst making a real difference to the work of the organisation.
You'll need to have the confidence to strike up conversations with members of the public, a desire to help, an enthusiasm for wildlife and conservation, but most of all, you'll need a friendly demeanour and a ready smile.
Time needed from Volunteer:
Various hours available 7 days a week - 10:00am - 5:00pm (10:00am - 4:00pm Winter)
Skills Experience & Qualifications:
Friendly, outgoing nature.
All training will be given.
